(Euronext – POXEL - FR0012432516), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of innovative treatments for type 2 diabetes, today announced that it plans to conduct a registered initial public offering in the United States. The timing, number of securities and price of the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
