Human Resources Officer

Replacement - 6 months fixed-term contract as of November 2020 - Full time

Working closely with the Human Resources Director, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management of the HR department's activities.

Your main responsabilities will be : 
  • Recruitment
Manage the entire recruitment process for junior and middle-management positions (drafting and posting job offers, sourcing, interviews, reference checking, negative answers, etc.),
Develop partnerships with recruitment agencies,
Manage the administration hiring process (offer letters, employment contracts, employees’ files, health and life insurances, etc.),
Manage the Onboarding program for each new comer.
  • Training
Handle the implementation of the Annual Training Plan through the HRIS,
Assess training needs with managers and staff,
Manage all the administrative formalities related to the trainings (scheduling training sessions, follow up on participants and files, etc.),
Search for appropriate training providers and manage the relationship with them.
  • HR activities’ follow-up
Monitor the HR budgets (training costs, recruitment costs, etc.),
Manage the HR activity report on a monthly basis (open positions, new comers, short-term contracts, interns, etc.),
Ensure monthly follow-up and analyze HR KPIs dashboard.
  • HR Communication
Prepare various internal communications on different HR topics, including when integrating a new employee,
Be in daily contact with employees to answer their questions.
  • HR Projects
Contribute actively to ongoing HR or cross-functional projects (HR portal, diversity policy, job descriptions update, election of staff representatives, organization of internal events, etc.).

The profile we are looking for : 

Ideally with a Master's degree in Human Resources, you have at least 4 years of experience in a generalist HR position, if possible within the pharmaceutical industry.
You are familiar with the tools of the Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and you are comfortable with managing an HRIS.
To succeed in this challenge, you must be organised, adaptable, responsive and have excellent interpersonal skills. You also know how to be discreet and have an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of working in a start-up environment that is constantly evolving.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable in a multicultural working environment.
