Administrative and Finance Assistant
Short Term Contract (3 months)
Reporting to our Financial Controller, your main responsibilities are :Assisting the accountant in the employees travels & expenses management,
- Assisting the accountant in the invoice management process (updating the different costs engagement files),
- Ensuring the classification (digital and physical) of the finance and legal documentation,
- Providing support to the finance department for the research tax credit elaboration, ensuring availability of the documentation,
- Providing support to the finance department during the annual and semi-annual audit to meet auditor’s requests,
- Providing support to the finance department in the partners reinvoicing process,
- Any other supporting task that could be necessary to help the administrative and finance department in the day to day activities
You have a higher technician diploma in business administration is preferred.
You speak French fluently and English at an intermediate level.
First experience as Administrative Assistant is required.
You possess good organizational abilities and knowledge of office software.
You are a rigorous, dynamic, proactive and communicative person.
English – good level required
Position based in Lyon office
